Quite a bit removed from the picture we ordered…looks like it has been placed in an ordinary vessel, there are only 3 roses and quite frankly, I appreciate receiving the photo but am very disappointed with the end result, especially the cheap container (which set the whole mood of the arrangement) VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

They were perfect. They fit the space and they were more beautiful than I ever imagined. You helped to ease the anxiety I had trying to get flowers for a memorial service. I love getting a photo of them before hand so I can see them ahead of time.

I had requested a designer's choice, and was wondering what it had looked like, and then got a picture! It was beautiful. The colors were just what I had requested! Sending me a text with the picture was a great customer perk, the arrangement was beautiful, and Bices had people answering the phone later in the evening so I could put in my order and have it delivered by the next day! My entire experience was good, and I would recommend them to anyone. I think everyone would be happy with this customer experience and with the flowers!
