the flowers were pretty but I hate the color. I know my mom specifically ordered pink because I hate purple. I wish the arrangement was the color that was ordered.

They delivered the wrong arrangement! It was completely different from what was ordered for me. Very generic and not at all the more artistic one that was selected. I felt terrible, because the person who sent it was so upset. Quite shocking!!!

I didn't know I was gonna be receiving them, but since it was my birthday, I did look out the door I don't think they would've been doing very well if I would've not looked out the door You could've sent me a message like you just did. Let me know there is something outside 🤷♀️ Because in the long run, I actually pay for those dang flowers

Very disappointed… the arrangement does not look like the picture advertised. For $80 I expected to get what I ordered. This is unacceptable.

Some flowers were already brown on the edges when I received them. Already tired looking. Next day, the flower heads were drooping.
