Subject: Extremely Disappointed After 10 Years of Loyalty I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, and it's incredibly disappointing to say that this Mother's Day will likely be my last experience with your business. For $113.64, I expected a thoughtful, high-quality arrangement that reflected both the occasion and your reputation. What was delivered fell far short—not only in value, but in sentiment. The $10 “upgrade” amounted to a single rose, which felt more like a slap in the face than an enhancement. When I called to address the issue, I was met with indifference and no effort to make things right. After years of consistent business, I expected more. At the very least, I hoped to be heard and valued. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope this message prompts some reflection on how you treat your long-term customers, especially during emotionally significant occasions like Mother's Day.

I instilled my trust into Flower Power to deliver a meaningful bouquet to my friend in Florida on a rough day for her. I had no means to get it to her since I'm located in Ohio and Flower Power did an amazing job! I loved that I was able to see the arrangement before they shipped it out! The staff is extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere. Highly recommend!

I have used Flower Power on many occasions and they never disappoint. Unlike most florist, Flower Power arrangements looks exactly like the pictures on their website when it comes to size, flowers and the overall arrangement. I would recommend them to everyone.

I call Flower Power and spoke to a person not a machine and right away I new I was in good hands I ask a few questions that let me know I had to go the their and pick what I needed after I pick the Flowers I asked for then to deliver with a post card that I got their to, it was an excellent service and my money well spend.
