Sent incorrect arrangement

Beautiful arrangement

Beautiful arrangement delivered to my home & left on front porch with a message on my phone. My son in Germany sends me flowers every year & I love them & the balloon!🎈

The flowers are gorgeous! Arranged beautifully. Depending on the order vs filling the order, it's not my birthday, it's a get well soon occasion. Not sure if the person ordering messed up or the order filler.

The flowers were beautiful, but these were supposed to be a surprise and delivered before 3pm since im off at 3pm. They were delivered at 330 and a coworker sent me a picture to tell me. Which is not at all how my boyfriend wanted that surprise to go. He deserves some sort of credit for the next order, because he was really upset that you guys screwed up the whole point of having them delivered.
